**Honest measurement for a new kind of search.** RankX is a founder-led studio for AI search optimization, based in Sydney, Australia, for service businesses that people find by asking AI who to use. We back our work with evidence, not dashboards or promises.

## Why we started

AI tools are becoming a front door for local recommendations. When someone asks an AI tool who to call, it answers with a few names, and good businesses had no idea whether they were in those answers, and no honest way to find out.

So we built the service we'd want to buy: an honest audit that says what it didn't measure, done-for-you fixes you sign off before publishing, fixes verified by re-testing, clear pricing, no lock-in, and evidence you can check. Prompt measurement across AI tools is Coming, as part of the Retainer.

## The people

Based in Sydney, Australia, and founder-led. Small on purpose, you work with the people who do the measuring.

## How we work

- **Measure honestly:** a fixed prompt list, re-tested the same way every month (Coming). If the numbers don't move, you see that, not a different chart.
- **Show the evidence:** every finding comes with the proof behind it. No proprietary score you have to take on faith.
- **No lock-in:** one-off Audit and fixed-scope Sprint, with no ongoing contract.
- **Compliance-aware:** substantiated claims, no fabricated or incentivized reviews, your approval before anything is published.
- **Tell you if it's not worth it:** if AI visibility isn't worth pursuing for you right now, the honest answer is to say so, starting with the free check.

## What we won't do

- Guarantee AI rankings, mentions, citations or leads. No one honestly can.
- Write, buy or incentivize reviews, or fabricate testimonials
- Lock you into a contract you can't leave
- Report vanity scores without the fixed prompt list behind them
- Publish anything on your behalf without your approval
