**Is your site ready for AI search?** Book a free check. We'll run a short review of your site and talk you through what we find. No headline score, no card.

## What we check

- **AI crawler access:** whether robots.txt lets the main AI crawlers read your site.
- **Structured data:** whether your business details are in machine-readable JSON-LD, and match the page.
- **Indexability and technical blockers:** noindex tags, broken key pages, redirects and other blockers on the pages that matter.
- **llms.txt (optional):** noted, at low priority: it's a community proposal, not a search engine requirement.

## Not assessed (what the free check doesn't cover)

- AI mentions and citations: prompt measurement is Coming, as part of the Retainer
- Traffic data: we don't see your analytics in a free check
- Rankings, backlinks and competitors: those are in the paid audit
- A headline score: we don't give one, on purpose

## What happens next

1. **We run a short review:** by hand: crawler access, structured data, indexability and technical blockers on your key pages.
2. **A person reviews it:** someone reads the results and notes the fixes that matter most, in plain English.
3. **We talk you through it:** a short call or email: what we found, what each fix involves, and what we didn't assess. Timing agreed when you book.

## Free check questions

- **Is it really free?** Yes, no card, no invoice, no catch. We may email you once about the paid audit.
- **What do you need from me?** Your website, your business type and the area you serve, sent by email.
- **Why no score?** A single number hides what it's built from. The check gives you specific fixes and says plainly what it didn't look at.
- **Does it tell me if AI tools mention my business?** No. That's prompt measurement, which is Coming as part of the Retainer.
- **What if there's nothing to fix?** Then we'll tell you, that's a finding too.
