Who do you work with?
Real estate agencies first, then other professional-services businesses: legal, accounting and tax, financial advice and consulting.
We're founder-led and small on purpose, so you work with the people who do the measuring. We don't show client logos, testimonials or results on this site. Our examples are illustrative composites that show our approach, not clients.
What does being based in Sydney mean for you?
We know the Australian context we work in, and we write with Australian Consumer Law in mind. That means no promised rankings, every claim substantiated, and plain answers about what we measured and what we didn't.
It doesn't mean you need to be in Sydney. We work by email and calls, so the process is the same wherever your business is.
How do AI tools answer "near me" questions?
It varies by tool, and AI providers don't fully disclose how they choose. What you can control is your own website, your Google Business Profile and how consistently you're described elsewhere.
For Google, local results are mainly based on relevance, distance and prominence, and complete, accurate business information makes a business more likely to show (Google Business Profile Help, checked 18 October 2026). What should a Sydney real estate agency check first?
Whether AI tools can read the pages that matter for each suburb you serve.
- Suburb pages: do they answer sellers' and landlords' questions in text, not only in images?
- Agent profiles: is each one complete and crawlable?
- Office details: do your name, address, phone and hours match across your site, Google Business Profile and portal profiles?
- Crawler access: does your robots.txt let AI search crawlers in? OpenAI, for example, says sites that opt out of OAI-SearchBot won't be shown in ChatGPT search answers (OpenAI, checked 18 October 2026).

No. We're based in Sydney, Australia, and work with businesses in other places too, by email and calls.
Can we meet at your office?
We don't publish an office address. We work by email and calls.
